Hello World

Building your own website not only is a rite of passage, but is a medium for expressing yourself and your projects. Recording what you do is a central aspect of science. So for the first summer code project I invite you to create your own website. I will give some helpful tips but creativity is encouraged.

Summer Projects

I wanted to list what project ideas that have been mentioned.

1. Convert Spareparticus into a t-shirt robot.
2. Teach skills on the lathe and mill
3. Redesign the website; possibly this one in Jekyll
4. Learn a programming language
5. Read some books – because it is summer
6. New drivetrain
7. Prepare Sir for Cowtown - winch, etc
8. Fair parade float re-imagining
9. Fair booth design
10. Theme for 2017 Chaiman’s
11. Video work and skills improvement
12. Graphical design skills

That is just a short list of all that is possible.
